1 General Provisions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; you would then need to wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The minimum deposit requirement for the relevant offer must be met to receive the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• bdg 99 determines which games are eligible for play using bonus balance.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all those accounts being closed.

6 Game Rules

• The amount of each bet is limited to the available balance in the account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Information provided on the account found to be false.
• Failure to pass age verification or being underage.

8.2 Closure Initiated by the Member

Any member may request account closure through the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with the responsible gaming rules. Any withdrawable balance will be returned before the account is closed, provided the terms and verification requirements have been met.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdg 99 is not responsible for the following:

• A game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Any loss caused by third-party service providers (game studios, payment gateways).
• A member disclosing their own password or account details.
• Unexpected technical errors or force majeure events.

11 Changes to Terms
